A Prized Possession - 17th Sunday after Pentecost

When we lose a prized possession, we will search high and low for it and will be overjoyed when it is found.  Sin is something we often don't like to talk about even though it is what makes us lost.  But sin does not have the final word.  Jesus came to share a table with sinners offering grace and finding us in our lostness.  We are God's prized possession!
